"I’m really happy with my Vera…"
I’m really happy with my Vera Bradley bag. I originally talked myself into getting it because my old bag was way too heavy, i needed an excuse to upgrade. This one is super light, and even after carrying it around all day, my shoulder doesn’t ache. The straps are really comfy too, which is a big plus for me

"Missing item got sorted out"
I had to reach out to Vera Bradley because one of the items was missing from my order. I kind of assumed it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth, but the rep was actually really nice and took care of it without making it a big deal. It did take a couple days to hear back, which I figured might happen with customer service, but it was still a little annoying. Once they responded though, everything was handled fine. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience.

"Return was painless"
The return itself was easy enough, honestly. I’ve definitely dealt with worse return processes before, and those always put me in a mood for the rest of the day, kind of like when you go in for one thing at the grocery store and leave with everything except that one thing. The exchange did take a bit longer than I expected, but it all worked out in the end.

"Such a nice surprise"
I ordered from Vera Bradley and my package arrived in just a couple of days. The tracking was really easy to follow too, which I appreciated. i wasn’t expecting it to get here so fast, so it made the whole experience feel smooth and surprisingly happy.

I’ve had a good experience shopping at Vera Bradley because I can usually find exactly what I need without digging around too much. The selection is solid, and the colors I want are actually in stock most of the time, which makes things a lot easier. I also like that I can grab a bag, wallet, or even a gift all in one place

"Scratches Way Too Easily"
I’m disappointed with the hardware. It started showing scratches really quickly, even with normal use. I expected it to hold up better, so that was a letdown.

"Cute tote with way more personality than most brands"
I’m really happy with my tote! The colors and prints are so fun, and it looks even cuter in person than it did online. I’ve looked at similar bags from other brands, but a lot of them feel kind of plain or same-y. This one has way more personality and still feels easy to use every day.

My Vera Bradley order showed up packaged really nicely. The bag was folded neatly with tissue around it, so it didn’t look smashed or messy at all. It wasn’t anything over the top, just and clean. Uh, it felt like I was opening a little gift, which I really liked

"Cute and comfy, but wore out a bit fast"
I really like the prints, and it’s comfy to carry around, but the corners started showing wear sooner than I expected. The zipper still works fine, so that’s a plus. For the price, I just thought it would hold up about a bit better.

"Cute bag, monogram was just a little off"
I ordered the bag with a monogram and it actually showed up quickly, which was nice. The lettering is cute, but it was smaller than I thought it would be and not perfectly centered. It’s not even about that being a huge deal, because I still like the bag and I’m not going to return it. I just feel like when you pay extra for personalization, you kind of expect it to be a little more exact.

"Honestly a super easy gift"
I got this bag for my sister’s birthday and, like, she was really happy with it. The colors were pretty much exactly like the pictures, which was nice because you never really know sometimes. It felt like a thoughtful gift without being, you know, over the top or too fancy. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there. I’ll probably order again when I need, like, an easy gift idea...

I really like these bags overall, the patterns are bright and fun without being too loud. Just a heads up though, one of the bags looked a little darker in person than it did online, so keep that in mind if you’re expecting the exact shade from the photos. Still really cute and I’m happy with it.

"Nice tote for the sale price"
I grabbed this tote during a sale it felt like a fair deal. The fabric is sorta nicer than I expected, the colors match the pictures well, and it’s holding up better than some cheaper bags I’ve used. Shipping was fine too. I’d probably buy another one if I catch it on discount again

"Really happy with my Vera Bradley bag"
I ordered a Vera Bradley bag from verabradley.com, i’m impressed. The fabric feels sturdy but still soft, and the stitching is really clean. I’ve been using it for work and random errands for a few weeks now, and it still looks basically new. No loose threads, no weird fading, nothing like that. It’s definitely not the cheapest bag out there, but for the quality, it feels worth it to me. I’d buy from them again.

"Soft, sturdy, and better than expected"
I’ve been really happy with this bag so far. It feels super soft to carry, but still has that sturdy, reliable feel like it’s actually going to hold up well. The fabric definitely doesn’t feel cheap, which gave me a lot more confidence in the quality. Overall, it’s a really nice bag and I’m glad I got it.
